Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 business days from when you received it. Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, so please check the details.
To start a return, email our online sales team at Shopinfinityjewelers@gmail.com for authorization. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Once we get your return, we’ll check if the item meets our return requirements. If everything is in order, we’ll refund the original purchase price to your original payment method, minus any shipping and processing fees. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Infinity Jewelers.

- Made-to-order stock products, including:
- Pendants & Rings
- Customizable Pendants & Necklaces
- Custom pieces
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Watches
- Picture Pendants
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, please contact our online sales team at Shopinfinityjewelers@gmail.com. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase along with a brief explanation for the exchange.
To complete your exchange, you’ll need to return the item you received. Once we accept the return, you can use an online credit to purchase the new item separately.
